Hi, so. I'm attempting to make a clean, custom neighbourhood. I've replaced literally every neighbourhood template I can think of- from the obvious culprits like Pleasantview to the Pets hidden neighbourhoods and the ones that came with Sims 2 Ultimate that I had to dig through forums from 2006 to find.

I'm still getting 87 sims created in my neighbourhood folder every time I try to make a new custom neighbourhood.

Is this because it's technically N002, or is something else going on here? If so, what? Can someone help?
