Default Raising or Lowering Lot Edges
How do I edit the very edges of a lot to match their height to the neighboring terrain? My intention is to create a completely flat lot.

For example, I have the house of Natasha Una:

The land is flat, but the neighborhood apparently had a little hill on the west side, which has caused this edge of the lot to be higher. It has taken this height from the hood where it was originally built, but it is now being copied along with the lot. If I plop the lot on flat land elsewhere, a hill of equal magnitude will be created there, or if another lot is nearby so that the hill cannot be made, placement of Natasha Una's house will be disallowed. Both the hood is flat, the lot is flat, yet the game insists on raising land along the edges.

I can use SimPE to move a lot anywhere, but that still leaves a cosmetic void between the hood and the lot.

How do I flatten the edges?

The Lot Adjuster can fix that issue for you.

Lot Adjuster worked well. I managed to join the lot seamlessly to the adjacent home.
