Default Quick Question?
I have been giving skintones to the charcoal skinless sims. Then I package them into a .sim package using the CAS. When I do this does the .sim file include the hair, clothes and stuff?

Nope, .sim files don't include anything in them. And doing so will probably just result in another charcoal sim later when you choose the sim from the .sim file, as sims really aren't supposed to be packaged with custom skintones on.
