I have SO much time invested in this sim, and now it is all gone! I think the problem started when my sim took a vacation and when she got there, the sim was not visable, though the interface was there so I decided to send her home. When she got there, everthing was normal, until she went to use the hot tub and I noticed that she got in with her clothes on. I tried to evict her, then move her back in, but then the game froze and I had to restart. When I did this, there is no longer an image of my sim with the game ot house that she lives in, just the generic picture of an outlined family. When I load the current game all of her things are just the way I left them, but she is no where to be found, and the user interface is gone. There is nothing that I can do but press the Q button to quit. Someone please help! It is sad how much time I spent with this one sim.

  If you're having any problem, issue, error, or glitch with your game, that's a job for MTS's Help section. There's both articles with common issues as well as Q&A support forums where you can ask questions and get specific help.

  Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
