Default Making a baby with a single female sim?
Is it possible to make a baby using a single female sim in any way (aliens, potions, items, etc)? Or is the only method of getting a child as a single female sim adoption?

Aliens only impregnate men unless you use a mod.

Of course you could use mastercontroller and use: "Pollinate\Donor\Randomize" and they will be pregnant with a random sim (or even pet) in town.

If you have Master Controler, click on your sim, choose Nraas-> Master Controler->Intermediate-> Instant Baby and choose the donor from town folks, then enter the numb of babies and choose gender and name. That's it.
