I have the latest version, 1.5.1.4 according to the site you download it from and my problem is this:

I build a house and with the family still in it I will upload it to my files. I leave the game, go to the packaged files file and find the house with family that I have just uploaded. I install it using the Clean Installer and it says that it has installed successfully.

I uploaded 4 houses with families at the same time, one after another and left the game...installed, said success...

When I went in, only 1 of 4 was there. And later, when I uploaded another house with a family then went out to install it back into the game so I could add it to other neighborhoods, it didn't show up. I even tried doing it without the family.

I'm at my whit's end =(

First off, one should never, ever bin houses with sims. Unless it's done correctly:

But to answer your question.. http://www.sims2wiki.info/wiki.php?...me_Help:GCCTSU9 I've had to do this a few times. It seems sometimes lots get stuck in the teleporter folder. Use the 'reinstall' instructions. If that doesn't work..read on.
