Default WCIF This outfit?
I have been nearly driven crazy by my failure at finding an outfit I really want for my own Sims 2 Game. Because I can't add the actual photo to here due to the file being too large, it is a youtube video that shows it and don't worry it's only 1 minute long.

The title of the woman wearing it is Nina King and I really just want to find it.

I have already tried speaking to the creator and haven't found it.

[I am pretty sure that it's one of the outfits that can be made with the sewing machine (from Free Time) if your Sim has a high enough skill.

I doubt it..EAxis doesn't make DD dresses...

No, definitely not the sewing machine dress. EA wouldn't know how to make anything that stylish. The dress I remember (I had it in my old game as a business suit) did not have that double D cup either, so someone else took it and added that.
