I've realised that my teens have the same job levels as adults; so, one of my girls is at level 6 of the medical field, and working during school hours. This is getting really annoying because 1) it's interfering with school and 2) they can't be Overachievers.

I've searched through my downloads, and even did a general search on MTS2 (through Careers, Global Mods) but can't find anything that sounds like it would be causing this. Any clues, fellow simmers?

Do you have inTeenimater mod? I'm not positive but I think it could be that. I think it's either that or Insiminator. With one of those, when teen sims reach the middle of that age group they get more adult privileges such as full-time work. I think their are flavor-packs you can delete to stop that happening but not lose the rest of the usefulness of the mod. Sorry I couldn't be more help, but I do think it's one of those because it sounds familiar.

If it is the inTeenimater mod then you need the "Flavor pak" No Adult Teens.
