It's a script error being thrown by an NRaas mod and it has something to do with a Hang with Co-workers career tone. I can't tell which mod is throwing the error because the beginning part is missing. Probably SP or Careers.

It's really difficult to read script logs this way, with the codes all mushed together. This is how to get assistance with interpreting NRaas related script logs, if you want:

I feel ya. I used to get tons of script errors, now I only get 2 or 3 everytime I play. I always get one when I travel to another world. It's like a must.

There's a difference between script logs that are showing mods like Overwatch and ErrorTrap are doing their jobs (Correction logs, Dereferencing, other clean up tasks) and actual errors. The mods use the script error system to communicate with the player, but not all logs filed away called "ScriptError" are actually indeed errors. And of course, some errors are so minor that they don't or shouldn't really matter to the player. I'm sorry the puppy in an inactive household I've never played got stuck because they couldn't go down a flight of stairs, for example. Reset the puppy or age them up if it keeps happening and move on.

Takes some practice in reading the logs to understand the difference and some of them still confuse many of us, which is partly why we offer the upload and interpret service.

I did some things in the past with NRAAS where you can ignore some of the most common errors, which reduced the log files a bit. But recently they've been generating again. What worries me is the constant writing to the HDD. I pretty much junction linked all logs and cache on my computer to the ramdisk, including Chrome.

RAM is much like human memory. It shouldn't be read/written to all that often. You'll wear it out.

(sighs) Just kidding, of course. I think igazor is gonna need a forum vacation soon...

igazor, is it okay to delete the script error XMLs? will it impact my game at all?

No impact at all, positive or negative. Script logs will accumulate until you have around 10-12 of them, then start over-writing themselves with the oldest ones going out first. So likely they aren't going to hang around for long anyway.
