This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Showtime, Seasons, University Life, Into the Future
Default Legacy Home placement glitch
Hey folks, I recently downloaded the "Legacy Home" house from here (http://modthesims.info/download.php?t=538105) and every time I try to add it to the game, a blank lot appears instead of the house. I don't know if it's due to a lack of any CC in the house itself or not, but I have the late night EP, which the download says is needed for the house to work.

Any fixes I can potentially do to make the house appear and be placed in my game?

The lot does not seem to have any CC, so that can't be the problem. Could you post a screenshot? People might regognize the problem more easily that way. You could also try to PM the maker; they might be able to help you solve this problem.
