Will that make them loose their relationships and bloodlines???

No, it's only if you move them to a new hood. Editing them (split/merge), does nothing to their relationships.

ok cool because im redoing my town in victorian houses, So I need to move a lot of people in and out and I figured easiest way was clipboard but I didn't want to destroy my town's relationships and bloodlines.
