Where I can find mod tax collector? I have another question ¿are some mod or how to send sims to jail when I want and remove them when I choose? if you can help I give the thanks

You can find the Tax Collector mod over at nraas. I don't know of a mod like you're describing. Maybe someone else does.

As for the other question , I know if there mod sims to send to jail, In the profession of thief sims they go to jail my question is ¿I can send them to jail and then remove it at any time?
