Guys.. is it true? ..i saw this somewhere in thread... I can make my own customized neighborhood by using Sims City 4? ...and how will it work? how can I make my customized neighborhood appear in sims 2? .. need

Yes, you can. Go to Create > Sims 2 > Tutorials > Building. There's lots of info there on exactly how to do it.
