So cute! Does this just affect the regular bear, or does it work on other teddies and objects cloned from them (Dicreasy's dolls, the bunny bear, et?)

It will only affect the regular bear. Not by my choice, code is set up so that each object has it's own private pie menu tree so there's no way to make it apply to custom objects. But thank you for bringing it up, I forgot there are EPs that add additional stuffed animals that won't be covered by this. I'll make an update that includes those ones too.

I could write a tutorial on how to update custom stuffed animals to enable the interactions, if you or someone else wants me to.

I don't take requests, sorry But you can achieve that by using cheats. You just need debugsocial cheat, which requires allmenus cheat, which requires game running in testingcheatsenabled from userstartup file. You can find more information about it on the wiki.
