This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Late Night
Default Cannot get anatomical parts to show up
I am using the EA realistic skin mod with anatomical correct parts. I will get nipples and body hair, but not the reproductive parts. Any ideas of what is going on?

In order to have anything other than barbie and ken sims you need a skin. Sexysims has those body parts available for download with instructions on how to make them work.
