This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
The Sims 3 CC problem
I made some rugs to function as rabbit-holes. However, when I want to search them in-game, they're not showing up. I've double-checked the category in S3OC and S3PE, it's:
Function/Decor/Rugs.
Living Room/Rugs.

I've followed the CC guides on the site. I've tried both putting in the Overrides and Packages folder. I've even changed the thumbnail and description and category. Nothing worked

But all other CC and mods are working correctly, only these aren't.

If the other CC is working properly, and the rugs are not, the obvious conclusion is that something went wrong while you were making the rugs.

Have you also checked for Community and/or Residential in the Room flags?

Yes, I checked both.
