I want to make a community lot into a diner, but I want the waiter to look like a certain character. Is there a way to mod these NPCs or no? (Or would it make ALL my waiters in the game look the same?)

Or alternatively if that's not an option, can I make Sims specifically for a community lot? Ones that just kind of hang out there like the townies, but just on that lot?

Thanks! The tutorial managed to help with changing the faces and hair, but now I'm surfing around trying to figure out the fix for replacing their work uniforms with the clothes I want them to wear, since they're still sporting the way too fancy restaurant outifts.
