Needs max mod
is there a mod that maxes out needs. I remember one a while ago but cant find it.

You really should have posted this in the WCIF forum. Anyway, a "maxmotives" cheat is included in Awesomemod. You can also use "testingCheatsEnabled true" and slide all the bars to the right.
My opinions may be uninformed BS, but at least I've thought about my uninformed BS.

I do not remeber any. But ifyou use testingcheatsenabled true you can drag your needs up or down or shift click on mailbbox to max all or make all static
