WCIF A Small or Medium populated town?
My game runs pretty slow, and EA worlds are boring and too large. I want to play in a small or medium sized populated town, so my Sims can achieve their wants at a normal framerate. Is there anything like this?

I want to build one, but the CAW tool's EIG mode is a pile of crap. It can't stop crashing.

I recommend Redwood Harbor. I don't think it's populated but it will fill up quickly as you start playing. Winchester is really cute too..it has a country theme going on. And if you want really tiny try Cloverdale. Adorable!
