Default WCIF The Object Workshop?
http://sims.ambertation.de/ is out now,

so where can I find the SimPE Object Workshop?

I was hoping it'd be somewhere on this site but to no avail.

You have to install SimPE first. It's a tab in the SimPE window, at the bottom (along with the Plugin View window).
