Default WCIF Architecture/Builder Clutter & Wall Hangings?
I'm looking for stuff to decorate an office/storage building that belongs to my 'hood's building/architecture firm. I'm struggling to find suitable clutter, so I'm hoping that someone may be able to help me out! :-)

I'm looking for:

- tools & tool boxes
- ladders (as clutter, not as stairs)
- blueprint/architectural wall hangings
- DIY clutter - pots of paint, paintbrushes, rollers & trays, stuff like that, as well as wooden planks, bits of wood, offcuts and things like nails, screws etc
- boxes/crates that could feasibly contain stuff that builders would need (like paint, tools etc)

I've found quite a few things right here on MTS but I'm struggling to find any more elsewhere. Any links would be much appreciated!

You're even more awesome than I thought! Loads of great CC in that lot :-) And it's a cool idea, too, I may make homes that are under construction when (if?) I actually play this 'hood...

I was thinking the same for my integrated hood when I saw those houses. I don't have a construction firm, but it's a good idea.

I want to actually tie the number of sims in the lower levels of the Architecture career into the construction work that takes place in the 'hood. I'd only intended to ensure that there was some kind of an office/storage facility in the 'hood that the builders could operate out of (in my mind!) but I do like the idea of putting together partially constructed buildings to show where the construction work is taking place. It could look kind of cool to have a partially constructed house in the background of pictures taken at a nearby occupied residence, for example.

The 'hood I'm working on setting up is a past version of Strangetown, plus some other Maxis premades, set about two weeks before Strangetown's play starts as it's shipped. As well as the Strangetown sims (and a few of the recent ancestors, who died in the 2 weeks before the time Strangetown was shown in the BG) there are a few sims from other 'hoods, including the Caliente family (Flamenco and teenage Nina & Dina), Dora & Peter Ottomas, Samantha [Maiden-Name] (i.e. not (yet?) married to Peter Ottomas) and Malcolm Landgraab. The latter three are students at Strangetown College. Don Lothario, Matthew & Jessica Picaso and Stella Terrano will also be added to the 'hood, over time. I want the 'hood to be very integrated and for every career that sims can take jobs in to have an actual "place of work" - so sims in the Architecture career will work from the office/storage facility I'm setting up, sims in the Science career will work at the Extra-Terrestrial Research Facility and so on.

The Sims Depot set from Retail Sims has some good stuff, too.

Wow, Tiff, I wouldn't want to go in a cc hunting contest with you when your thinking clearly if this is your 'not thinking too clearly'.

That looks great Laura! Lol, you will need a larger lot if you add in more.

I've already decided where it's going to go, and I love this lot (which is Plasticbox's Backdoor Lane 05), so I'm sticking with this one, small though it is. Fortunately it has a basement, but I'm going to have to pick and choose! Thanks you both for all the links! :-)
