Good luck with digging up those stories, but I'm not sure this forum (? or this site) will be of much help. I'm pretty familiar with TS3, and I've never seen or heard of Symphonia characters in this game. Hopefully, I'm wrong, but I think I'm right.

there are some TOS sims for sims2.. just not on MTS.. but cant find any anywhere for sims3. lol maybe if someone somewhere could just make his hair and clothing.... I have a sim that could make a good zelos if I had the right hair and cloths. ( with the bandanna)

It's recolourable, and it's set as an accessory for both men and women.

As for his outfit... I couldn't find a single thing. I'd love to help, but I'm not very talented with creating Sims clothing :P
