Default Realistic Birth?
I saw a thread on this, but it'd been posted 7 months ago and I didn't wanna bump it;

Are there any Current mods/Hacks that change the Stupid UN-realistic Sims 2 birth animation to something more...well...realistic?

I don't know about an animation replacement but could a hospital birth where your Sim and you is really in a hospital with doctors and nurses help too?

You mean like in The Sims 3? That would probably work if the Animation Replacement Search came back negative.

The Hospital mod is not really similar to the TS3 hospital. You can build your own hospital and use it for births or sick sims. You get playable nurses, doctors, townie patients, a gift shop and workers from related careers. There are several other options included and if you are interested you should read the info file. The mod is still under developement and will be updated from time to time.
This is the link to the family friendly version: Hospital Mod, you have to register to see it (free).
If you are old enough you should have a look at the adult site because this is the place where the developement happens and where you can find the newest updates and additional features that work with the mod.

Hmm...that might work. I wasn't talking exactly like TS3, but that was the first thing that popped into my mind.

Default Birth Table
This link is now broken or the designer took it down, any ideas if it's still up somewhere or the site is just down?

Of course, instead of insisting that people watch your video, you could just give us the link.

A birthing pose box was made recently. It's called 'Labour Of Love' It's available at Moonlight Dragon or Plumbobkeep. More for medieval birthing, but still useful for posing sims for pictures for modern birth. http://moonlightdragon.freeforums.o...-set-t1150.html You will need to register and I think wait approvel at either site.

As for larger households it's right here on MTS. http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=250640
