This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3
Default Downloading lots without launcher
My launcher is being a butt and refuses to download anymore lots. Is there any way I can do this without the launcher?

You need the library .package of the lot, which goes in the library folder. Best to have any cc as .package files too.
