Using own pics
I want to know if there's any way to use own pics in The Sims 3.
Please help me! It would be nice if I could do such things!

Use your own pics for what? 
If you're talking about making catalog paintings, then you need a mod. You'll find a couple of tutorials on how to make this kind of mod in the Create section of the forum.
If you're talking about having Sims paint your art, there's a thread somewhere in this forum that contains a link to a tut at another site for painting replacement... I'll see if I can dig it up.
If you want a photoskin of your face on a Sim, that... doesn't work very well in Sims 3, but you can look around in the CAS Parts forum (under Create again) for more info.
