I want to boot up all the pre-made 'hoods & districts and make some terrain edits so I need the SC4 files, and for the most part I can find them all in the SC4 folder. What isn't there is the default Downtown, and the University files. So, does anyone know if the SC4 files for Downtown, La Fiesta Tech, Sim State University, and Academie le Tour are out there?

I'd rather not make them from scratch, but if they don't exists I suppose I'll have to.

As far as I know these terrains must be recreated in SC4 and and all people who mentioned that they will do it never uploaded them. There is one try for Downtown terrain what turned out not exact and mirrored.

That's part of the process of importing from SC4 - the game mirrors the map so you have to make them back to front (so to speak).

You can use Mootilda's Hood Replacer program to change the terrain to them but you will not be able to add roads to it.
