I found this guide, and seeing as how every says making custom animations doesn't work, i was just wondering if this works, and if so, why everyone still thinks you can't. Here's the link:

Hmm, I think that's the tutorial for Rothn's Ts3 Animator which can be found here: http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=420327 People are working with it but I don't know what if anything has been created with it yet. It is relatively new and I think people are still trying to work out some of the issues with creating animation. There's some discussion about it in the TS3 modding discussion thread under Create if your interested.
