Default Attempt suicide mod?
Is there a mod where sims can attempt suicide? Like a suicide mod where there is a 75% chance of dying or an interaction with a related object (knife, gun, pills...) that is attempt suicide.

This mod has a suicide option. I don't know if it has a failure/success tuning, though.
