This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Invisible objects and blue floors.
Two days ago, I uninstalled Apartment Life after suffering from a game-killing error that crashed the game every time I tried to select the Family bin in neighbourhood mode, so I ended up playing with FreeTime along with my past EPs. Fortunately, the game didn't crashed when I opened the Family bin this time, and I was able to create a new family. However, while creating a sim, I noticed that FreeTime clothes could not be worn by my sims; the icons were there, but my male sim would wear a base-game suit, and my female would wear a base-game dress too. I checked if this was happening with objects from other EPs and SP, but all of them were working as usual. I didn't gave it much importance, so I selected clothes from past EPs, and I saved the family and then I placed it on an empty lot in a custom neighbourhood. I began to build them a house, and eventually, when I was going to put some flooring, I noticed that the tiles I selected were blue and lacked texture. This time I got worried. After this, I put another flooring, which worked properly, and then saved and closed the game. While I was quite preoccupied, I couldn't try to fix the problem that very day, so I had to wait until today to check the game again and see what I could do. I already read the Game Help page and it says that the objects package can be replaced with the one in the DVD in order to fix the problem. I tried doing that but a message pops up telling me that I need "permission from the administrator" when I try to extract the package to the Objects folder. The user I use is the administrator of my PC, so I don't know why it pops up. I checked FreeTime's properties and it says that the administrator has total control over all the archives, so I don't know why I can't change anything.

As a final note, I must say that this had never happened before. FreeTime worked perfectly before I installed Apartment Life.

Could someone help me please?

I don't know how your hoods are playing now that you un-installed AL. This is not normal and leads me to believe you had a bad install.

To get stuff into your programs folder you need to cut and paste.

First cut out the one you want to replace, then copy to your desktop the one you want, then cut and paste it in your programs folder.

Or you could turn off "User Control" and then cut out the old and copy the new in. Make sure you turn it back on again after your done.

Well I managed to change the stuff. But it didn't worked. Everything's still the same. Should I re-install FT? Or the entire game and packs? Or is there anything else I can do?

I still think you have a bad install and you may very well have to uninstall every thing and start new again.

Make sure you uninstall in the order you installed them in but back wards. Or go from last to first.

After you uninstall every thing, restart your computer, make sure you use the game uninstaller and not the control panel way.
