I have JUST got the game today and while i was playing the game it went funny and a window opened saying : sims 3 has stopped working this has happened 3 times. before i got generations it said while i was launching the game : sims 3 launcher has stopped working so i just pressed cancel then the game was fine. but now it comes after a while of playing and crashes the whole game. anyone else had this problem and what can i do?

  Try that first - every step, in order, and don't skip anything! Even if it doesn't say your specific problem, try it anyway, as it's a good starting point to rule out the most common causes of game issues.
