Default Pre-made Downtown lots most entertaining to run?
(this could belong in either this forum or the OFB one...)

I just got NL, and after making some businesses, I experimented with buying some Downtown lots, putting in a ticket taker, and trying to run them.

Has anyone else done this? I wanted to know if there were any particular lots that you found really fun to play.

I haven't personally bought any downtown lots yet, but I've heard that some people had fun with the poker parlor. If there's a hidden poker skill (there must be, right?) your sim could make even more money in addition to the ticket machine.
