This user has the following games installed:

Sims 2, University, Nightlife, Open for Business, Pets, Seasons, Bon Voyage, Free Time, Apartment Life
Default Uploading community lots to the "Lots and Houses Bin" to use in another 'hood - are there issues?
I've always assumed that so long as there were no gravestones connected with a community lot, that it was safe to use the lot in another neighbourhood. Is this correct? Or are there problems involved in doing this?

Make sure there are no graveyards on the lot, and also make sure that you sell the lot back to the community (if it had been previously owned by someone else (OFB)).

Unowned community lots reset every time they are loaded and don't save data. They are fine to use anywhere you choose.
