I am creating a town based on the small town where I grew up, to that end most buildings are being done from scratch. I need a pair of spiral staircases, one clockwise, one counterclockwise, traversing only 180 degrees. These flank the front door of the courthouse which faces the town square and rise to a second floor landing above and behind that door. These do not need to be functional (in real life they were rarely, if ever, used when I lived there; access to the second floor being from a small office annex behind the main building).

Does such an item exist? Or would someone be willing to make them? (Sorry, I've already proven my ineptitude with 3D modeling programs.)
