need help installing this mod

Thanks for making this but I'm having some problems.

I was hoping for some help. I'm not very computer savvy so I don't really know how to mod and could really use some detailed help. I have Ambitions, Generations, High-End Loft, Seasons, Into the Future, University, Late Night, Pets, Supernatural, Town Life, & World Adventures. I'm not sure which file I need to download and then what I need to do to it. After I download it do I need to open it? Since it seems to be a package file I don't know what program opens those so if you could point me to one that would be nice. I also know I need to put it in one of my Sims folders but don't know in which one. Any help would be really appreciated.

I've thanked already in the past, but I just wanted to thank you again for putting in the work to keep updating this. I've always found the mosaic far more distracting than just having naked sims showering or whatever. I'm glad that I can always find this mod and have it work without messing up the particle effects, no matter what patch level I'm at. Thanks again!

open it in WinRAR then extract it to/ drag it into the folder: my documents/electronic arts/the sims 3/mods/packages....This is assuming you have a mod folder if not go to games4theworld they have a tutorial on how to go about getting one.hope i helped
