This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Late Night, Generations, Pets, Showtime, Supernatural, Seasons, University Life, Island Paradise, Into the Future
Default Can I use nondefault replacement skins in addition to default replacement skins?
I'm thinking about installing a default replacement skintone. Will I be able to use my nondefault replacements as well?

Yep, you can. As long as you're fully patched, you don't even need a mod for it - just use your mouse's scroll wheel to scroll when you have the skintone chooser up.
