I'm extremely frustrated right now. (Well, my mood lifted slightly when I accidentally typed "frustarted" just now and said it out loud to myself....)
This is probably because I'm not feeling very well right now and I've been glued to the screen all day trying to put together my first machinima, but I'm losing my mind..

I'm starting to take some video shots, putting them together and playing around with them on Windows Movie Maker. It was working fine at first but now the program is skipping the music and/or video when I play what I've done so far. Kind of like when a CD skips. It is THE most annoying thing, I can't figure out how to fix it and it's impossible to work with that. I am unable to see how the movie flows and most importantly it is AGGRAVATING.

Does anyone know anything about this or know of any better programs to use? I am running out of patience.

It was working before and now it doesn't? To what extent did you use it before it started misbehaving? Did you change any settings recently?

No I hadn't changed any settings. There was probably 15 seconds of video at max on there. I restarted the program and attempted again and nope.

A quick google search came up with these. I've had this problem too, I think my settings were too high ingame or something.

I kind of need the settings high in the game to produce nice quality video clips. But they were already high when it wasn't skipping.
I'll take a look at those links. I am now using a program that's pretty nice and similar, but I'm only doing a trial. :/ It's called Wondershare.
