Default Best Empty Uni Template
Saw this thread, but no templates there (they're being redone). And it was said MATY's weren't clean enough. So where's the emptiest template for U001 that I can find?

I decided to redo it because I found a better way to keep the furnitures. That's why I have removed all of the templates but since the furnitures don't get removed after moveout in universities, there's no actual reason to redo the university templates.

Anyway, I still have all of the universities.
Put them here C:\Program Files (x86)\EA GAMES\The Sims 2 University\TSData\Res\NeighborhoodTemplate

Be sure to backup the existing files first and don't replace any files. You have to take the original templates out completely before putting my templates in, otherwise the neighborhood will still have the Characters.
