Aikea converted a deco TARDIS - er, police box - if you just want the look of one. http://club-crimsyn.dreamwidth.org/33531.html?#cutid1 (are we allowed to post links? I hope!)
Also, someone called "dragonsire" is working on TARDIS/Timelord mods which he claims will actually allow regenerations and so forth, but I can't vouch for those working at all.

Gamineannie: In the images you can see a sim using the public phone.
Eduardog3000: Using a funcional door the sim can't access to the public phone.

I really love these, I have fond memories as a child hanging around these. I was gutted when they started to replace them with horrible modern glass ones. You can still see them dotted around here and there in very quaint little villages or in peoples private gardens. Thank you for giving me back my Telephone box!
