Hey there! Can anyone help me? I have this problem, instead of having Miradors gorgeous hair, I have something that resembles a brown werewolf beard and hair. Thought Mirador looks fine in TS Body shop. Not to mention that I have all expansions and stuff packs. So I don't know why it's not working Oh, and even his costume doesn't show up in the game.
The makeup works though. I'd appreciate if someone could help me with this. Thank you

I have no idea why- but I tried to re-download him and it didn't work?!? His acc files download fine but when it comes to him 'complete' it doesn't. It just stops and when I refresh the download it gives me a "download will complete in 2:30" but again it never downloads completely. I've had him for a LONG time and my husband just accidentally deleted all my downloads- so if I can't get him back I'm going to CRY!!
