This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Supernatural
Default Unable to get mods working
I've followed every step in http://modthesims.info/wiki.php?tit...Setup_and_Files three times now, but I still see the intro video. I'm trying to install awesomemod but I cannot begin without first getting these simple mods to work. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I am on Windows 10, does this have something to do with it?

My goal is to get awesomemod on so that I may remove story progression and the household limit. That is all.

The mod Framework and mods themselves work the same way regardless of operating system. If you want us to take a look at your setup, please take screenshots or snips in Detail View, showing the path of the folders, and upload them someplace where we can see them.
-- Your TS3 game folder (in Documents)
-- Your Mods folder
-- Your Mods\Packages folder

Oh, but first make sure you are deleting your game folder's five cache files before checking to see if your newly added mods work. This needs to be done whenever the contents of Mods changes in any way.

Also, once you do get this working and in case you are interested, NRaas provides several ways to remove the 8 sim limit without all the extra overhead of Awesome. Just some other choices some players like.
