Default Song Reccomendations
OK, an idea I've had for a while, since "All teens do is cause mischief and watch MTV" let's talk music!

What song do you reccomend today?

NEW RULE (MONDAY 12th AUGUST): You have to say why you like the song, and what genre it is!

Youth - Daughter

According to Wikipedia it is Indie folk/folk rock

I like it because the part of YouTube it is in is filled with a bunch of incredibly nice mini-philosophers who make the comments worth reading (Eh...most of the time, anyways). To add to that Daughter is an incredibly talented singer, and the song is just so beautiful. You can interpret it many ways but I see it as the struggle that so many people go through in life.

Hmm, cool. I might investigate.

I'll explain why I like lovesong. Its got a beautiful instrumental part, with the strings instruments really coming through, plus Adele's vocal talents, really make it amazing. Its a cover of a song that's been covered many times, that I believe. Originally it was an alternative rock song, and was covered in the early 00s for the Romantic Comedy 50 First Dates I guess I like the lyrics as well...

Her genres Are RnB and Soul, so I guess it falls into there.

Imagine by John Lennon

Genre: Rock, Pop

I like it because its lyrics encourage people to imagine a world at peace without the barriers of borders or the divisiveness of religions and nationalities, and to consider the possibility that the focus of humanity should be living a life unattached to material possessions.

To see a world in a grain of sand, and heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour.
