First Problem: I tried to install the Sims 3 Install Helper Monkey. Problem is that during the installing progress it gives me

Error opening file for writing:

/Game/Bin/d3dx9_31.dll

When I came back on my computer it was installed since I picked ignore option.

2nd Problem (related to 1st): When I tried to install the packages, I get 2 error messages:

Object Reference not set to an instance of an object.

After clicking ok the 2nd error came.

Error: Cannot find Sims 3 Root

So can anyone help please, 1st problem is no one solved it. And yes I did pick the UAC and UAC been disabled during the installing the install monkey helper.
