I don't know about the wall but the clock is by CaravanShop sims which changed it's name to Sims Design Avenue (I think, I can never remember for sure) and which is now defunct. However, I think their stuff is up at the Graveyard.
I no longer come over to MTS very often but if you would like to ask me a question then you can find me on tumblr or my own site tflc. TFLC has an archive of all my CC downloads.

I couldn't find either sites anywhere on the Graveyard

If you know which set the clock is from, Sims Cave has a section with Caravan/SDA stuff: http://simscave.mustbedestroyed.org....php?board=23.0
There is at least 1 link to Box that has a lot of stuff, but you'd need to know which set it's from. (Or just download it all, lol.)
