This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Pets, Seasons
Default the ground isn't level (raised), sims can't go onto lot??
so i do pretty simple cheats and mods, but lately ive been exploring the world of downloading custom content...so i have a house (that i downloaded) on a lot, but the issue is that the ground is raised, and there's no way to get my sims into the house...i've heard of a cheat called SetImportedTerrainOffset (value) but i'm a little confused on when to use it if this is the answer...do i use right on the empty lot? or do i enter in while i'm placing the house onto the lot? or during build/buy mode? i'm so confused and i just want to fix the problem....thanks for any insight or help
