Escalators and Glass Elevator
There are several escalators available The Sims 2 as well as a glass elevator, but there is nothing similar available for The Sims 3.

If not, can someone please convert this and these for The Sims 3, if so, I will be thankful in this life and the next.

Requests aren't allowed in MTS2, at all. There is a sticky post about creators who takes requests and who you can PM at the top of WCIF section. When it comes to escalators and full glass elevators, at least I haven't seen any made for Sims 3. Perhaps someone else has.
