I've got a sim of a very androgynous character and even the flattest chest and lowest voice available aren't sufficient. I ask specifically for female info because she's a cis woman and identifies as such but passes herself off as a man (in her canon, not in my Sims game) but if anyone knows a workaround from a male base, that would be good too.

I don't know about the voice, but if you use master controller you can increase the sliders range to give females much smaller chests.
