bluegenjutsu has a mod that allows sims to refill their Hygiene motive while swimming in pools and the ocean: http://simsasylum.com/tfm/index.php...pdate-3-12-15/&
It also lowers their temperature, if you have Seasons
You will need to register to see threads, but it's very much worth it; the site has a ton of useful mods.

You can try registering again, apparently there was an issue with the CAPTCHA but it has been fixed now
