This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, Generations, Pets
Default How do I install mods?
I'm interested in this mod but I don't know how I install them. Anyone point me out how to do it?

Can I point you to the Install Instruction tab, instead? On that Download thread, 3rd one, beside File tab.
