This user has the following games installed:

Sims 3, World Adventures, Ambitions, Seasons, University Life
Default Does a twinbrook.world file with fixes exist?
I did searched for it, and got the following result

But not all the neighbourhoods have been fixed, or aren't available.. why does this happens?

I'm looking for a fixed twinbrook world, because when i play it i suffer from the usual lag (already tried almost every fix for it)

yes i found it, thank you.

Is there any method to keep sims 3 running smoothly? I used nraas for a while, but eventually it wasnt enough and the game got unplayable

Do report any Stuck Sims spots. Would greatly help in the process if everyone do a little bit to inform me, so I don't have to go hunt and peck in each world myself. Not limited to Twinbrook, report any Stuck Sims in any world! Give me your reports and I'll do my best. I cannot create fixes for stuck Sims situations that I don't know about or cannot replicate on my own.
