Default Appreciate Objects on a Lot
In game mod. Basically the opposite of Pescado's magic wand. Reset the prices of all objects on a lot to their initial non-depreciated value. Ideally, reset the Crapness, DaysTillBreak, Dirty Level and repair condition to a fitting state of "newness".

This would ensure that a family moving into a previously-occupied furnished lot would pay the full value of what they are getting.

I now have the object appreciation logic finished and in testing. Needs testing for various game configurations and lot types. I pared the logic down to the bare minimum, which I am hoping will allow the appreciator to work for all EPs and SPs. With any luck, this should be done within a few days.

I'm having more problems figuring out how to fix the other fields suggested by Sophie-David. My problem is determining some of the correct new values, since those fields are not available in the master definition.
